Rob Coghlan

Rob Coghlan, Ph.D., serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services for Fullerton School District since July 2017 and has been an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University Irvine since May 2015. Previously, Rob held the position of Assistant Superintendent, Business Services at West Covina Unified School District from July 2012 to June 2017, and served as Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services at Anaheim City School District from 2008 to 2012. Rob's career in education began at Corona-Norco Unified School District, where roles included Director of Business Services, Principal, Assistant Principal, and Teacher of Middle School Mathematics from 1990 to 2008. Rob earned a Ph.D. in Urban Education and Leadership from Claremont Graduate University, a Master of Science in Education from California State University-Fullerton, and a Bachelor's Degree in History from California State University, Long Beach. Rob completed high school at South Pasadena High School.
