Richard Wurtz-Dub

Richard Wurtz-Dub has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Richard started their career in 2010 as a Front End Manager at Ultra Foods, where they successfully managed front-end operations for five years. In 2015, they transitioned to Fresh Thyme Farmers Market as a Front End Manager, overseeing customer service and operational efficiency until 2018.

In 2018, Richard joined Fullerton as a Project Designer, utilizing their design skills and contributing to various projects for two years. Richard then moved to Glotel, Inc. in 2020 as a Telecommunications Designer, responsible for designing and implementing telecommunications infrastructure. Within Glotel, they were promoted to the position of Sr. Drafter in March 2021, where they worked on drafting and designing projects until October 2021.

Richard returned to Fullerton in 2021, this time as a Senior Project Lead. Their leadership skills and project management expertise were put to use in overseeing and successfully delivering projects. Currently, they hold the role of Design Project Manager at Fullerton, a position they have held since October 2022.
