Chris Springer

Chris Springer has extensive experience in the Human Resources field, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Fullington Auto Bus since February 2014. Previously, Chris held the same title at McLanahan Corporation, managing HR for 450 global employees. Chris's experience also includes the role of Human Resource Manager at JLG Industries, overseeing HR activities for 400 team members, and similar positions at Rockland Manufacturing, Solo Cup Company, and Raystown Developmental Services, each focusing on employee relations, recruitment strategies, and organizational training programs. Chris holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
