Gary Fullmer

Gary Fullmer is currently the Vice President at Fullmer Construction. Prior to that, they worked as a Facility Manager at Boeing from May 2013 to April 2018. There, they led the Project Management Office and all commercial and industrial construction portfolios and programs. Gary also developed and executed customer centric service strategy that aligned customer needs to broader enterprise and facility objectives across multiple sites. Furthermore, they integrated with cross-functional and inter-disciplinary teams to develop and execute complex project delivery plans. Additionally, they promoted energy savings programs that drove efficiency in electrical, storm water, and waste disposal efforts. Lastly, they developed plans for critical asset management and long-range business plans for future projects, and ensured year end targets were met.

During their time at Boeing, they managed 6M SF of space split between multiple buildings and sites. Gary also forecasted, tracked, and developed annual capital and expense budgets. Additionally, they coordinated efforts of 15 directly reporting project and construction managers. Furthermore, they tracked and measured and adjusted individual project, program, and portfolio performance. Lastly, they guided contracting strategies and negotiated with contractors to deliver win-win outcomes.

Gary Fullmer has a Bachelor of Science in Facility and Property Management from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Science in University Studies from Utah Valley University.
