John Collins

John Collins has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. John began their career at Starfish Software, Inc. in 1996 as a Sr. Systems Engineer, where they supported the implementation of a synchronization and device management server for early mobile phones and PDA's. John then joined Lightsurf Technologies / Verisign Inc. in 2003 as an Engineer IV, Customer Account Manager and Systems Administrator, where they were promoted to team lead of an Application Engineering group. In 2009, John joined Syniverse Technologies as a Sr. Advisory Systems Administrator - Applications Engineer, where they were later promoted to technical lead for the U.S. John is currently working as a DevOps Manager at Fullpower Technologies, where they provide daily support for Sleeptracker environments and has demonstrated the cost savings and technological advantages of migrating to AWS.

John Collins received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1990.
