Niklas Normann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Niklas started their career as a Sales Assistant at Peppes Pizza in 2008 and later became a Team Leader responsible for a sales team of ten employees. Niklas also worked as a Waiter and Cook during their time at Peppes Pizza. In 2010, Niklas joined Næringslivsutvalget as a Member and eventually became the Head of Events. In 2011, they worked as a Bartender at Bar(t) Fredrikstad and also took on a Market Research role at Østfoldforskning on a project basis. Niklas then joined The Property Committee at BI Norwegian Business School as a Member and later became the Head of Finance. In 2013, they joined EasyWeb Norge as a Web Developer/Sales, where they focused on web design and production of digital products. Niklas then transitioned to Umoe Restaurants in 2016, working as an Accountant until 2020. Currently, they are working at Fullstakk Marketing as the Head of SEM & Programmatic, a role they have held since February 2022.

Niklas Normann attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor (B.Sc.) degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshøyskolen BI. Following this, they enrolled at Oslo and Akershus University College in 2014 and completed a program in Applied Computer Science in 2015. Prior to their university education, Niklas earned their high school diploma from Fredrik II VGS in 2010, specializing in Economics.
