Trey Keenon

Trey Keenon is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in various roles, beginning with a position as Instructional Technology Technician at Auburn University in 2010. Keenon progressed through multiple key roles, including Specialist in Implementations and Systems Engineer at Official Payments, where responsibilities included managing customer implementation projects and maintaining infrastructure for over 500 servers. At ACI Worldwide, Keenon served as a Systems Engineer, followed by a role as Sr. Application Engineer at Synovus. At EBSCO Information Services, Keenon advanced to Development Operations Engineer, before assuming leadership as Manager of IT Operations and currently serving as Director of Platform Services at Fullsteam since October 2018. Keenon’s expertise encompasses process improvement, technical solutions architecting, and operational efficiency across diverse IT environments.
