Michelle Punitha

Michelle Punitha has a varied work experience starting from 2013. Michelle began their career as an Accountant at Singapore Airlines Limited and then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Spencer-Ogden. In 2015, they joined Securitas Group as an Account Executive and later became a Project Lead/Application Owner. In 2018, they joined Isentia as a Customer Success Manager and eventually became a Senior Customer Success Manager. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Talkwalker as a Senior Solutions Consultant Team Lead for the JAPAC region. Currently, they are a Principal Customer Success Manager at FullStory.

Michelle Punitha earned a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Michelle also obtained WSQ Certifications in Security from Knowledge Tree Training Centre. Prior to university, they attended Serangoon Junior College, and before that, Yishun Town Secondary School.
