Philip Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Philip began their career as a New Business Development Manager at JobServe USA in 2003, where they sold online recruitment solutions to mid-size and Fortune 1000+ companies. Philip then progressed to roles such as National Account Manager and Sales Team Manager, responsible for developing strategic relationships with clients and managing a team within the UK sales operation. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Sales at JobServe USA, leading a sales team responsible for $20 million in annual sales.

In 2012, Philip transitioned to Pardot, a B2B Marketing Automation provider, where they worked as a Sales Manager. Philip then joined Salesforce in 2013 and held various positions, including Regional Sales Manager and Senior Regional Manager for Pardot. In these roles, they led teams and represented Salesforce at speaking engagements and events, showcasing Salesforce's marketing solutions. In 2017, they became the Regional Vice President of Sales for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading a team of Account Executives focused on generating growth and new business.

Most recently, Philip joined FullStory in 2018 as the Head of Commercial Sales before being promoted to SVP of Sales in 2023.

Philip Simpson received a 2.1 BSc (Hons) degree in Management Science and Marketing from De Montfort University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
