Since October 2006, Susan has managed operations at EmbroidMe, where responsibilities include collaborating with clients to meet their promotional needs and overseeing the production of various customized projects. As the Chief Executive Owner-Operator of Magic Dragon Embroidery since May 2001, Susan specializes in creative embroidery solutions, particularly for rock music enthusiasts, offering personalized gifts and home decor. Prior to these roles, Susan gained valuable experience as an Internship Coordinator at MediaOne, screening applicants for production internships, and as a Production Assistant at Centel Cable from 1985 to 1995.
