Quency Phillips

Quency Phillips serves as the Executive Director and CEO of Lighthouse Silicon Valley since August 2022, leading a not-for-profit organization focused on advancing economic emancipation through innovative partnerships. In addition to this role, Quency Phillips is involved as Co-Chair at the International WELL Building Institute and as a Board Member of the Women's Foundation California, contributing as Secretary on the Executive Committee. Other current positions include participation on the D&I Advisory Board for Bisnow, partnership at The Quarks Group, directorship on the board of Fulphil, and CEO of The Que Agency. Quency Phillips is also an author of "The Power of Numbers," a novel set in Chicago, and co-founder of R.e.a.L. (Real Education About Life). Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering from Northwestern University and further education at IDEO.
