Kenneth L. Hermon

Kenneth L. Hermon, Jr. SHRM-SCP is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in HR operations and management. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Fulton County Government since October 2014, Kenneth oversees HR functions for over 5,100 team members, manages a departmental budget of $5.1 million, and is a member of the C-Suite executive leadership team. Prior to this role, Kenneth spent nearly 19 years with the Government of the Virgin Islands - Division of Personnel, progressing through various positions including Director of Personnel, where responsibilities included aligning recruitment and talent planning for a $387 million annual payroll. Kenneth holds a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of the Virgin Islands and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Morehouse College.
