Brendan Barrett is a seasoned communications and stakeholder engagement professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in major infrastructure, energy, and government projects across Australia. Currently serving as the Communications, Stakeholder and Site Operations Manager for Fulton Hogan on the Newell Highway Upgrade, Brendan has a track record of developing and implementing successful stakeholder engagement strategies at various organizations including CPB Contractors and School Infrastructure NSW. Brendan co-directs The Barross Group, focusing on media, issues management, and bespoke communication strategies. Key achievements include achieving the highest Aboriginal participation on a Transport for New South Wales project and leading comprehensive community engagement initiatives across numerous high-profile projects. Brendan holds an Advanced Certificate in Risk and Outrage and a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology.
