Luis Erazo

Luis Erazo is a Supply Chain Coordinator at Fulton Market Group since June 2022, where responsibilities include leveraging market intelligence and technology to enhance product and service delivery. Prior to this role, Luis founded PopeBurger, a catering service specializing in private events, from May 2020 to October 2023. At Texas A&M University, experience as a Barbecue Student Assistant involved assisting with teaching barbecue techniques and managing events. Luis also worked as a Sales Associate at Producers Cooperative Association, promoting agricultural products, and gained hands-on experience in meat processing as a Student Assistant at the Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center. Luis holds a degree in Animal Science Production with a focus on Livestock, Meat Production, and Business from Texas A&M University, completed in 2022.
