Sheldon Phillips

Sheldon Phillips has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Strategic Sourcing Manager at Fulton Market Group since June 2021. Previous positions include Vice President of Supply Chain at Market Day and various roles at Prepared Meals-Mistica and Elior North America, culminating in the position of Director of Procurement. Sheldon has a significant tenure at Tyson Fresh Meats Team, holding the role of Vice President of New Product Production and Sales, and spent over seven years at Quantum Foods in leadership roles including Director of Procurement and VP of Operations. Early career experience includes various roles at OSI Group, starting as a summer intern and advancing to Assistant VP of Protein Procurement. Sheldon holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Utah State University.
