Kyung Nim Chen has extensive work experience in logistics and customer service. From 2011 to the present, Chen served as the Director of Return Center at Funai Service Corporation. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Chen worked as the Assistant Manager of Sales and Customer Service Dept. at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, where they handled international shipments for VIP clients. From 2005 to 2007, Chen worked as an Air/Sea Import/Export coordinator at K. International Air-Sea Forwarders, Co., Ltd., where they handled various aspects of shipping, including documentation, customer communication, and negotiating freight costs. Additionally, Chen supported the sales team by attending international business trips and leading presentations in Asian countries like China and Thailand.
Kyung Nim Chen completed a UX/UI Design Bootcamp at UC Irvine Boot Camps from 2022 to 2023, specializing in UX/UI Design. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chinese Language and Literature from Pusan National University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in User Experience and Design Thinking from UC Irvine in January 2023.
