Evelyn Neto has a diverse work experience in various managerial and analytical roles. Evelyn started their career at Profarma in 2006 as an Auxiliary Administrative, where they handled customer service, billing, and order negotiations. Evelyn later transitioned to the role of a Commercial Analyst, focusing on auditing and analysis of sales data. At Funcional Health Tech, Evelyn held the position of a Quality Analyst, responsible for implementing a helpdesk and managing the team. Evelyn then advanced to the role of Commercial Coordinator, managing client portfolios and conducting strategic meetings. Subsequently, they became the Manager of Customer Success, leading a team of account executives and implementing solutions based on healthcare management. Evelyn further progressed as the Manager of Commercial Operations, expanding the department and planning strategies for each client. Evelyn Neto completed their Executive MBA in Gestao Empresarial at Estácio from 2021 to 2022.
