Claudio Oliveira

Claudio Oliveira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and industry. Serving as Chief Scientist Officer and Founder at Cognitive since September 2009, Claudio contributes significantly to the field of digital analytics, also holding roles as a Marketing Science Researcher and Professor at ESPM since February 2010. Additionally, Claudio has been a lecturer at Fundação Vanzolini - USP since June 2006, specializing in E-business and Strategic IT Management. Previous positions include Customer Relationship Management Manager at Accenture, Product Manager at Santillana Educación, Business Intelligence Manager at Agência Click, and Technology Coordinator at Editora Moderna. Claudio holds a PhD in Digital Analytics, a Master's degree in Strategy and Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, all from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
