Agnès Pàmies

Agnès Pàmies is a seasoned professional in educational and community support programs with extensive experience in strategic planning and program management. Currently serving as the Directora del programa Code Club and Responsable del programa Math Tutoring at Fundació Bofill since May 2022, Agnès designs, implements, and evaluates innovative educational support programs funded by NextGenerationEU, overseeing a team of 60 individuals. Previous roles include Directora técnica at Casal dels Infants, where Agnès was instrumental in defining the organization's Theory of Change and strategic direction, and Coordinadora de programas, managing significant funds to support vulnerable families. With a solid educational background, including a Máster in Gestión Estratégica de la Información and a Licenciatura in Psicopedagogia from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Agnès contributes to academia as a Consultora in the Grado Educación social program.
