Laura Morcillo

Laura Morcillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate communication, education, and customer service. Currently serving as a Corporate Communication lead at Fundación Formació i Treball since December 2017, Laura has developed an internal communication plan aimed at enhancing collaboration and aligning corporate culture with organizational values. Previously, Laura worked as a Spanish Teacher at Ballsbridge College of Further Education and Instituto Cervantes Dublin, delivering classes to diverse adult learners. Additional roles include Promotions Executive and Promotion & Information Assistant at Business in the Community Ireland, focusing on employment programmes, as well as positions in hospitality and e-learning content editing. Laura holds multiple postgraduate diplomas and a degree in Spanish Language & Literature from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Catalan Language & Literature at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
