Martin Dacal

Martin Dacal currently serves as the Organizational Development & Data Manager at S2 Grupo since October 2023. Dacal is also a Guest Lecturer for the MBA program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, focusing on Digital Transformation and Sustainability. Additionally, Dacal is a member of the Professional Advisory Council at the Fundación para la Innovación Financiera y la Economía Digital (FIFED) since 2018. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Eraneos - Powered by Quint from October 2007 to October 2023, where Dacal held various roles such as Organizational Excellence & Transformation Consultant and Global Practice Leader in Change Management. Dacal has also contributed as a Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation at Digital Core until October 2023 and has a diverse background in legal consulting and media. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law and various certifications in Human Resources and Sales Strategic Management.
