Ilona Derewecka

Ilona Derewecka has over 26 years of experience in the field of HR. Ilona began their career in 1993 as an HR Manager at POLSKA KSIAZKA LTD. Ilona later served as the Head of HR from 2001 to 2012 at the same company. In 2012, they joined PKP Intercity as an HR Business Partner, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as an HR Development Manager at FARM-JED sp. z o. o. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR Department at Fundacja DKMS, starting in 2019.

Ilona Derewecka has a strong educational background with multiple degrees and certifications. Ilona earned a Master of Science in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in History from the University of Warsaw, studying from 1989 to 1994. In addition, they completed postgraduate studies in Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2012 to 2013. Ilona also holds a certification in Facet 5 from Facet5 Ltd, although the exact date of completion is not specified.
