Jonny Bauer

Jonny Bauer is the Founder and CEO of Fundamentalco since January 2024, and serves as a Board Member at Supergoop! and ALOHA. Previously, Jonny held the position of Global Head of Brand Strategy and Transformation at Blackstone from June 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading brand and experience transformation across over 300 portfolio companies. A distinguished career in strategic leadership includes serving as Global Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Strategy at Droga5 from April 2008 to June 2021, and Group Strategy Director at Bartle Bogle Hegarty from February 2002 to February 2008, working with notable brands such as Axe, Dyson, and Mercedes. Early in the career, Jonny served as a cultural strategist at a vison from February 1998 to February 2001, contributing to projects for Sony and Warner Bros. Jonny Bauer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney, earned between 1994 and 1997.
