Justin Papineau

Justin Papineau is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in executive roles within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Fundamental Underwriters since October 2023, Justin previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Ryan Specialty from June 2022 to October 2023. Prior to that, Justin was Vice President and Northeast Regional Leader for E&S Casualty at Everest Insurance® from April 2020 to May 2022. Justin also worked at QBE North America in various capacities, including Vice President of Property & Casualty Excess and Surplus and Assistant Vice President - Underwriting Manager for E&S Casualty from May 2017 to April 2020. Earlier roles include Underwriting Consulting Director at CNA Insurance and multiple positions at Zurich North America, culminating as Vice President and Team Leader for Domestic Casualty in Risk Management. Justin holds a B.S. in Finance from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, completed in 2003.
