Toby O'Rourke

Toby O'Rourke serves as the Chief Technology Officer at FundApps since June 2018, where efforts focus on scaling a leading Regtech team. Prior experience includes a role as Banking Architect at Wagestream for a brief period in early 2018, contributing to a Financial Wellness product. As a Technology Advisor for Artisan Finance, Toby supported a startup with its FCA license application and strategic planning. Toby's extensive background at Gamesys spanned almost a decade, during which various leadership positions were held, including Head of Player Services Platform and Chief Technical Architect, overseeing large teams and technical vision for client-facing applications. Earlier career roles included senior development positions at Xchanging and vielife. Toby holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Kent.
