Brian J. Byrne

Brian J. Byrne is currently serving as the Managing Director of Business Development at DealRoom, a position they have held since August 2021. In this role, they focus on mergers and acquisitions, aiming to ensure that the initial goals of innovation and value creation are maintained throughout the complex process.

Prior to their current position, Byrne had a long tenure at Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), where they were the Managing Director from October 1990 to June 2020.

Before their time at DFIN, Byrne worked as a Product Manager at FirstCard, First Chicago Bank from 1988 to 1990. Brian J. also gained experience in marketing at Citigroup Global Payment Products from 1984 to 1988.

Brian J. Byrne attended Bronxville High School from 1974 to 1978. Brian J. then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts at Colgate University, graduating in 1983.
