Phillip Rickett

Phillip Rickett has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Phillip currently holds the position of Director of IT Operations at Fundrise since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Sr. Director of Technology at UnitedHealth Group from September 2021 to April 2022. Previous roles include Director of Engineering (IAM) and Manager, Identity Access Management at Rally Health from May 2019 to September 2021, and Senior Manager of IT & Operations at CureSearch for Children's Cancer from October 2012 to December 2015. Before that, they worked as the Director of IT - Owner/Operator at Integral Technology Inc. from August 2009 to October 2012 and as an IT Systems Manager at Federal Business Services from April 2008 to August 2009. Phillip started their career as a Systems Administrator at Educational Services, Inc. in January 1999, where they worked until April 2008.

Phillip then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Computer Networks & Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2018 to 2020.
