Cara David, CHRL, PCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across different organizations. Currently serving as HRBP - Team Lead at Fundserv since April 2016, Cara has progressed through various positions, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes working as an HR Associate at Goodman & Griffin, Barristers & Solicitors, where Cara developed training programs for new hires and managed legal document accuracy. Additionally, as a Project Assistant at Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development, Cara contributed to a large-scale Employee Satisfaction Study by coordinating logistics and managing survey processes. Cara holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
