Tzu-Wen Chen

Tzu-Wen Chen serves as the Customer Operations Account Lead and Project Manager at Worley since May 2023, focusing on Energy Solutions in WA and NT and managing Sustaining Capital Projects. Prior to this, Tzu-Wen held the position of General and Operations Manager at Fundstrat Global Advisors, LLC from October 2014 to present, and worked in Strategic Client Services at Rapid Ratings International from December 2012 to September 2014. Tzu-Wen also contributed to the currency research team at FXCM, employing analysis methodologies to identify trade opportunities in global currency markets. Earlier experiences include roles as a Senior Project Engineer at Transfield Worley Limited, where Tzu-Wen managed multi-disciplinary engineering projects, and as a Mechanical Engineer at Hatch Associates, focusing on resource development projects. Tzu-Wen's initial engineering career began with an internship at Gold Fields Ltd., leading to a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Science from The University of Western Australia, and a specialization in securities analysis from New York University.
