Philipp Schild

Philipp Schild has diverse work experience in the media industry. Philipp is currently the Managing Director at funk, a content network owned by ARD and ZDF. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Content (ARD) at funk for over four years. Earlier in their career, Philipp worked as a Lecturer at both Hubert Burda Media and ARD.ZDF medienakademie. Philipp also held various positions at Hessischer Rundfunk, including Project Manager, Chief Editor - Television, Editor - Television, Film Author, Video Journalist, eTV-Redakteur, Editorial Assistant, and Production Assistant.

During the period from 1997 to 2002, Philipp Schild attended Goethe University Frankfurt, where they pursued a degree in Biology with a major in Genetics. Philipp successfully completed their studies and obtained a Graduate Engineer (Diplom-Ingenieur) degree.
