Yildiz Barackilic

Yildiz Barackilic is an experienced IT trainer and training manager with a strong background in software training and personnel development. Currently serving as an IT-Trainerin at Funk since May 2023, Yildiz prepares and conducts software training for onboarding and existing employees, while also developing learning materials and e-learning content using tools such as PowerPoint and Articulate. Previous roles include Senior Trainerin at TSYS Managed Services EMEA, where responsibilities included onboarding junior trainers and conducting process and communication training, and Training Managerin at Teleperformance, where Yildiz led training planning and coordination for upskill initiatives. Earlier experiences include leading a team of trainers at Conduent and managing training operations at Xerox and davero dialog GmbH. Yildiz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Germanistik from Universität Istanbul.
