Kevin Sylvester has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kevin began their career at Terabeam, where they started as a Customer Advocate and quickly transitioned into a Project Manager role. Kevin excelled in managing large-scale installation and relocation projects and was promoted to Team Manager within a year.

Kevin then joined ZOTES as an Operations Director, where they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including manufacturing, vendor management, product management, and customer service. Kevin successfully built and launched consumer branded snack food products, gaining national distribution.

In 2007, Kevin joined INRIX, an industry pioneering startup, where they held various roles in Product Management, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management. Kevin was consistently promoted and gained deep experience in these areas, particularly within the Automotive sector. Kevin played a crucial role in the company's evolution into a leader in global location-based service solutions.

Most recently, Kevin worked at Funko, where they held multiple senior leadership positions. As the Sr. Director of Business Operations, they reported to the COO and was responsible for planning and delivering strategic projects, as well as continuous improvement initiatives. Kevin'sfocus on driving value, delivering high-profile projects on time, and balancing individual contribution with team leadership resulted in the consistent expansion of their scope of responsibility. As the Sr. Director of GTM Strategy & Operations, they continued to contribute to Funko's growth.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a track record of driving value, and the ability to effectively manage various aspects of business operations.

Kevin Sylvester attended the University of Washington from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Currently, they are in progress of obtaining the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS. Additionally, they have obtained the ITIL Foundations certification, but the institution and the specific year of completion are not provided.
