Lilia was promoted to Quality Assurance Project Manager and later became the QA Competence Center Manager, where they implemented changes to the QA team's structure and roles in response to Scrum implementation. Lilia'swork also involved setting up quality standards, conducting performance reviews, and providing training on improved processes. Lilia participated in global planning meetings and performed continuous analysis of production incidents to prevent future issues. Lilia worked at Playtika until 2018.
Currently, Lilia is working at Funzy Games as a QA Manager, overseeing the quality assurance process. Lilia started in 2021 and was later promoted to the role of Product Owner in February 2023.
Lilia Nedzelenko obtained their Engineer's degree in Electronics from Vinnitsa National Technical University. Lilia attended the university from 2003 to 2008. In addition, Lilia obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2016.
