Previously, Rakesh worked as a Customer Support Engineer at PACE SETTERS CALL CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED from October 2008 to October 2009. Rakesh holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Kendriya Vishwavidyalaya, completed between 2006 and 2008, and a Diploma in Computer Science from S N Mudbidri Polytechnic, completed between 2001 and 2004.
