Phil Newton

Phil Newton is a seasoned civil engineer with a career spanning several decades in the field of civil engineering and land development. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer at Furtado & Associates, Inc. since November 2018, Phil has previously held senior positions at URS Corporation and David Evans and Associates, Inc., specializing in land development projects such as Issaquah Highlands. Phil also owned Newton Consulting from 2000 to 2002 and began the professional journey at Cooper Consultants. Educationally, Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Land Surveying from Oregon State University, and completed a two-year engineering program at Boise State University.
