Rushikesh Shreshtha

Rushikesh Shreshtha has extensive experience in the field of cyber security, with their most recent role being a Cyber Security Manager at Further Ventures since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Cyber Security Architect at GBM from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Head of Cyber Security at NICE Ltd. Before that, they held roles such as Sr. Manager Security Architect Team at Sungard Availability Services from 2017 to 2018, Principal Security Consultant at Capita from 2016 to 2017, and Lead Security Consultant at Zensar Technologies from 2015 to 2016. Rushikesh also worked as an Information Security Consultant at Vertical Technologies Ltd, Mauritius from 2013 to 2015 and as a Network Consultant at Softech Systems Ltd from 2011 to 2013.

Rushikesh Shreshtha completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in different fields. In 2013, they became a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco. Later, in 2014, they achieved the Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Professional (CCNSP) and Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Expert (CCNSE) certifications from Cyberoam. In the same year, they also acquired the prestigious Cisco Certified Inter-Networking Expert (CCIE) in Routing & Switching certification from Cisco. In 2015, they earned the Check Point Certified Security Administrator certification from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. Moving forward, in 2016, Rushikesh obtained the Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE) certification from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. Continuing their education, in 2019, they became a VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization (VCP-NV) from VMware and an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2020, they earned the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² and became a Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer from Palo Alto Networks. Further expanding their expertise, Rushikesh obtained the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) - Enterprise Infrastructure in 2020 from Cisco. In 2021, they achieved the Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) certification from (ISC)². Finally, in 2022, they acquired the AWS Certified Security - Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security certification from Microsoft.
