Shelby Shirlock

Shelby Shirlock is a Civil Engineer with experience at RBF Consulting, Douglas Bender and Associates, and Fuscoe Engineering. At Fuscoe Engineering, Shelby currently holds the title of Project Manager and previously served as a Senior Engineer.
