Monica Conway

Monica Conway has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Monica started their career as a Management Accountant in WCRS, where they worked from 1996 to 1999. In 2000, they joined PHD as a Finance Director and held the position until 2010. Monica then moved to Crayon London, where they served as both Finance Director and later as Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Monica joined Honeycomb House Limited as a Business Consultant. Monica then worked as a Finance Director in M2M from 2015 to 2016. Monica was also a Commercial Director in Drum OMG Limited from 2014 onwards. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer in Fuse starting from April 2019.

Monica Conway has a diverse education history. Monica attended Sutton Coldfield Grammar School from 1983 to 1989. Monica then went on to The University of Manchester, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from 1989 to 1991. In 2015, Monica attended Harvard Business School, where they completed the OMG Senior Leadership Programme in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Non-Executive Director Certificate from ICAEW in 2021 and ACA from ICAEW.
