Chris Ionta has over 20 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Chris began their career in 1998 as a Store Manager for Rent-A-Center, where they increased revenue by 70%, profit from 14% to 27%, and accounts by 76%. In 2004, they worked as a Sales and Special Finance professional at Elm Chevrolet. Chris then moved to Kent Brown Toyota-Scion in 2006, where they were a Financial Services Manager and Sales Manager. In 2010, they joined West Herr Automotive Group as a Sales Manager, Outside Special Financial Services Manager, Sales Consultant, Special Finance Manager/BDC Manager, and Finance Manager. In 2015, they began working at AutoAlert as a Senior Manager of National Accounts, Senior Manager of Operations, Senior Training Manager, and Field Training Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Implementation & Training at FUSE Autotech, where they are responsible for developing and launching a new client onboarding process and continuing education program, as well as designing and maintaining an employee onboarding procedure and continuing education LMS.

Chris Ionta has an educational background in Chemistry Education. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Buffalo State University in 1995, after studying there from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they studied Chemistry at Canisius College from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Working Remotely from LinkedIn in March 2020, and is AFIP Certified from AutoAlert Master Certified.
