Feras Ali

Feras Ali has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2008. In 2008, they began their career as a Back Office Supervisor - Customer Technical Support at Kulacom Communications. In 2010, they were promoted to Head Of Information Technology at IPC, where they were responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operations of information systems and electronic data processing. In 2014, they moved to Gulf Atyaf as a Business Development Manager, where they participated in corporate periodic strategy and business planning workshops. In 2017, Feras Ali changed roles and became a Property Consultant at The First Group. In 2019, they were promoted to Technical Account Manager at Thomson Reuters. Most recently, in 2021, they moved to FUSE Autotech as a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Feras Ali obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information System from Yarmouk University between 2004 and 2008. Feras also holds a Google IT Support Professional Certificate, an Oracle Certified Associate - Oracle Forms 9i PL/SQL Application Developer, an Oracle Certified Associate - Oracle9i Database Administrator (OCA), an Oracle Certified Professional - Oracle 9i Database Administrator (OCP), and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA).
