Katie Westcott

Katie Westcott has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Katie is currently working as a Product Designer at Fuselab Creative since 2023.

Before that, Katie worked at Siemens Energy from 2017 to 2021. Katie started as a Product Owner, where they managed a global team and successfully released a cloud-based sales tool. Katie also set the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

In 2019, Katie became the Knowledge Based Engineering Team Lead at Siemens Energy, where they coordinated with subject matter experts and users to update software architecture and improve user experience. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Knowledge Based Engineer, coding and updating the internal application used by proposal engineers.

Prior to Siemens Energy, Katie worked at Dresser-Rand - A Siemens Business from 2014 to 2017. Katie held various positions such as Cross-Selling Developer, Corporate Quality Engineer, and Product Design Engineer. In these roles, they facilitated acquisition workshops, analyzed purchasing data, developed quality guidelines, conducted failure mode analyses, and supported industrial compressor projects.
