Emilie Lasseron has extensive experience in brand strategy, innovation, and design research. Emilie currently holds the position of Head of Strategy at fuseproject, a leading design and innovation firm. In this role, they collaborate with founders, executives, and product leaders to develop market-leading products.
Prior to their current role, Lasseron founded Phenomic Studio, an independent brand strategy and experience design studio. Emilie worked with notable clients such as Netflix, Course Hero, and Intuitive Surgical, among others.
Lasseron also served as the SF Chapter Lead at WIN: Women in Innovation from 2020 to 2022.

Emilie also worked as a Consultant at Smart Design and as an Innovation Lead at Chobani, where they established and guided innovation strategies.
Earlier in their career, Lasseron served as a Brand Strategy Associate at Lippincott, where they managed client engagements and led brand positioning and customer experience innovation.
Emilie began their career at IDEO as a Senior Strategist & Design Researcher, gaining experience in strategy and design research.
Emilie Lasseron's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley. Emilie also attended Sciences Po, Paris, where they focused on Political Economy but did not complete a degree. Emilie went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Management & Cognitive Science at the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS).
