Sharetha Dantes

Sharetha Dantes has extensive work experience in the field of business analysis and billing operations. Sharetha started their career as a Billing Analyst and Tester at T-Mobile in 2005 and worked there until 2010. Sharetha then joined CAS Group as a QA Analyst for a brief period in 2010. In 2011, they joined Cbeyond - now a Birch Company as a Senior Billing Ops Analyst, where they managed and analyzed the billing system, identified revenue leakage, and implemented necessary changes. Sharetha worked at Cbeyond until 2020. In 2019, they also worked at Fusion Connect as a Senior Business Analyst. Currently, they are working at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the role of Senior Business Analyst, starting in March 2020.

Sharetha Dantes attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2003, where they earned their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Industrial Engineering. After a gap of several years, in 2018, they enrolled at LSU Shreveport and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management in 2019.
