Tara Hall (Metcalf)

Tara (Metcalf) Hall has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Tara currently holds the position of Sr. Manager, Customer Care and Billing at Fusion Connect since June 2020. Prior to joining Fusion Connect, Tara had been working at Birch Communications for a long period, starting from May 2000. During their tenure at Birch Communications, Tara held various roles including Sr. Manager Customer Financial Services (April 2016 - June 2020), Sr. Manager - Legal, Regulatory, Security & Fraud (January 2006 - April 2016), Fraud Manager (August 2004 - January 2006), Supervisor - Credit and Reconciliation Control (May 2003 - August 2004), Supervisor A/R Management (April 2002 - May 2003), and Customer Service - Customer Operations (May 2000 - April 2002).

Tara (Metcalf) Hall attended Fort Scott Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate degree in Science. Following this, from 1995 to 2004, Tara enrolled at Emporia State University and pursued studies in Business.
