Will Cole

Will Cole has over 12 years of work experience. Will began their career in 2008, working in various sales, service and clerical positions for Academy Sports + Outdoors, USC Housing, USC Libraries, Romano's Macaroni Grill, and Firehouse Subs. In 2015, they became a Deskside Support Technician for GE \\ CompuCom, where they provided L2 break/fix and asset management services for over 4,000 users and 20,000 assets. In 2016, they joined EDTS, LLC as a Network Administrator, becoming the subject matter expert for a specific set of clients and serving as T2/T3 technical resource for those clients. In 2019, they moved to Corsica Technologies as a Project Integrator, configuring and deploying new IT solutions and services, and planning and executing service transitions for cloud platforms, servers, networks, and more. Will is currently employed at Fusion Managed IT as a Service Delivery Manager, where they evaluate services to ensure they generate value for customers and Fusion, manages analysis, planning, and integration of new products and services, and identifies and develops improvements for internal processes and solutions.

Will Cole has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University and a High School Diploma from Riverside High School. Will also has several certifications from various institutions, including CIWcertified, CompTIA, and Linux Professional Institute.
