Linda Schaler

Linda Schaler is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various firms. As the Founding Partner at Fusion Search Partners since February 2024, Linda leverages both partner expertise and artificial intelligence to address the evolving needs of organizations seeking visionary leaders. Prior to this, Linda served as a Partner at August Leadership from January 2019 to February 2024, where the focus was on maximizing business opportunities through talent acquisition. Linda's career spans significant positions, including President at Stephen-Bradford Search from 2002 to 2019 and Principal at Gundersen Partners, where development of the Advertising Search practice occurred from 1998 to 2001. Earlier roles include EVP-Account Director at Jordan McGrath and VP Account Management at Grey Advertising. Linda holds a Master's degree in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania.
