Nicole Kamaleson

Nicole Kamaleson is a seasoned professional in executive search and organizational development, currently serving as Founding Partner for Global Social Impact at Fusion Search Partners since January 2024. As a founding partner at Arcus Development since August 2009, Nicole has focused on enhancing organizational strength through human capital and social impact strategies. Previously held roles include Partner at August Leadership, Managing Director at Koya Partners, and Partner in the Global Non-Profit Practice at Perrett Laver. Nicole's extensive experience in human resources and leadership development was further established through Senior Director positions at Palladium and Director roles at World Vision, where impactful organizational strategies were developed. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls, a Master's in Human Resource Development from Azusa Pacific University, and completed Executive Education in Governing for Nonprofit Excellence at Harvard Business School.
