Albert Link has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Albert began their career as a Production Manager at Chester Cable Corporation in 1980, where they supervised production operations. From 1985 to 1989, they served as a Business Unit Manager at Times Fiber Communications, overseeing the production of microwave transmission products for defense contractors and the U.S. military.

In 1989, Link joined BICC Cables North America as a Manufacturing Manager. In this role, they directed manufacturing, process engineering, and plant engineering functions, specifically focusing on medium and high voltage cabling systems for major U.S. power utilities.

Link moved on to Prysmian Group in 1994, where they worked as a Plant Manager. Here, they directed all manufacturing, engineering, quality, accounting, and HR functions for a diverse production facility, overseeing the production of various products such as structured cabling, fiber optic cables, PTFE extruded components, and cable harnessing systems. Link then joined Scapa in 2009 as an Account Executive, managing all North American accounts for semiconductive, water-blocking, and strength-enhancing products used in fiber optic and high voltage cabling systems.

In 2010, Link founded their own company, Link Resources, where they operated as a self-employed professional until 2018.

Most recently, in 2018, Link worked as a Supply Chain Manager and Operations Consultant at Fusion3 - 3D Printers.

Throughout their career, Link has acquired extensive experience in manufacturing, operations management, supply chain management, and consulting.

Albert Link received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, attending from 1976 to 1980.
