Luisana Rangel is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality management and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Scrum Master for Telefónica Chile at Fusiona since September 2022, Luisana has previously held roles such as Coordinator of Internal Certification and Accreditation at Centro de Formación Técnica San Agustín, where responsibilities included managing quality plans and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
