Nick Cronin

Nick Cronin currently serves as the CFO at FusionAuth, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Nick held the CFO position at MixMode from October 2021 to January 2024 and at HG Insights from October 2014 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, Nick worked as the VP of Finance and Operations at Invoca from September 2011 to August 2014 and as Corporate Controller at InTouch Technologies from March 2007 to September 2011. Nick began their professional journey as an Audit Manager at Nasif, Hicks, Harris & Co., LLP from June 2004 to February 2007 and also had experience as an Independent Consultant from February 2003 to June 2004. Nick's earlier positions include roles in Audit Services at Deloitte and as a Financial Analyst Intern at Vishay. Nick holds a BA in Business Economics with an Accounting emphasis from UC Santa Barbara, completed between 1997 and 2001, and attended Bellarmine Preparatory School from 1993 to 1997.
